Types of Dentures

There are several types of dentures available. Depending on your smile goals and the condition of your teeth, one of our experienced dentists can help you find the type of denture that best matches your needs

Complete Dentures

Complete dentures are dentures that take up the whole mouth. They are removable and are best for someone who needs all of their natural teeth replaced.

Partial dentures are used when not all of the natural teeth need to be replaced. Partial dentures are attached to the remaining natural teeth, seamlessly blending in with the rest of your smile.

Partial dentures on implants are made to attach to a dental implant. This allows the denture to fit securely in the mouth, even if there aren’t enough natural teeth to attach it to.

Overdentures are removable prostheses placed in the mouth for complete teeth replacement in the lower or upper arch. The overdentures snap into place on your gums with button-like features called locators. These dentures work well for patients who need complete teeth replacement but want to be able to remove and replace their teeth

These dentures are a great option for patients who want a permanent solution to complete teeth replacement. They are fitted to your gums and fixed in place with dental implants, which provides added stability for chewing and speaking.

Bar retained dentures are another option for total teeth placement. They use dental implants to fix the dentures to your gum, but rather than being fixed permanently, they are removable.
